Biography
My name is Evanita W. Montalvo. I am a wildlife and nature photographer. I received a Bachelors of Arts in Studio Art with a concentration in Photography and a minor in Art History at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I've been working for for deviantART since 2005 and am currently the Help Desk Team Leader. You can find more of my photography as well as my prints on my deviantART account.
I specialize in wildlife and nature photography, but I do like to venture off into other areas of photography if given the opportunity. I enjoy doing both pure photography as well as photomanipulations. Over the years, I have acquired an assortment of photography equipment and learned various photography processes. One of my currently on going projects combines various aspects of my photography experience including, strobe lighting to light flowers, extreme macro photography of butterfly wing scales, and photo manipulation in order to create "Butterfly Flowers" as an offshoot project of my Senior Project.
